Resetting Your Password
Forgot your password or just want to update it? Here's how to securely regain access to your account.
If you forgot your password
Reset it from the login screen
Go to Login Page
Navigate to the sign-in page and click on 'Forgot your password?' below the login form.
Enter Email
Enter the email address associated with your LearnNaija account and click 'Send Reset Link'.
Create New Password
Check your inbox for the reset link. Click it, type a new secure password, and confirm.
Using the Mobile App
Password changes are web-only
Web Browser Required
Password resets and account security changes are currently only supported on the LearnNaija website.
Go to learnnaija.ng
Open your mobile browser (Safari, Chrome) and navigate to learnnaija.ng to reset your password.
Log in again
Once you reset your password on the web, return to the mobile app and log in with your new credentials.
