All courses, videos, quizzes, text, graphics, and underlying code hosted on LearnNaija remain the exclusive intellectual property of LearnNaija and our respective instructors. They are protected by domestic and international copyright laws.

When you enroll in a course, LearnNaija grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content strictly for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

• No Piracy or Redistribution: You may not download (except via our mobile app's explicit offline caching feature), screen-record, reproduce, redistribute, broadcast, or sell any content from our platform.
• DRM Enforcement: We employ Digital Rights Management (DRM) technologies. Any attempt to bypass, disable, or defeat these security measures is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in civil or criminal liability.

You agree to pay the fees for courses that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit/credit card or process other means of payment for those fees.

LearnNaija allows students to post reviews, ask questions, and interact in course discussion forums. By posting content, you grant LearnNaija a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute your contributions.

You retain all ownership rights to your content, but you are solely responsible for what you post.

To maintain a safe, professional learning environment, you must adhere to our strict Code of Conduct. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform to:

• Harassment: Harass, threaten, or abuse instructors, support staff, or fellow students.
• Spam & Scams: Post unauthorized promotional materials, affiliate links, or phishing attempts in the course forums.
• Academic Dishonesty: Attempt to cheat on quizzes, share assessment answers, or manipulate the progress tracking systems.
• Malicious Activity: Upload viruses, execute unauthorized scripts, or attempt to scrape platform data.

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, if you breach any of these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service, including access to previously purchased courses, will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in our Account Deletion Guide.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
