At LearnNaija, we respect your privacy. If you wish to permanently delete your account and remove all your personal data from our servers, you can initiate this process directly through our application or by contacting our support team.
Warning: Irreversible Action
Deleting your account is permanent. All course progress, certificates, purchase history, and profile information will be permanently erased. This action cannot be undone.
Web Self-Service (Recommended)
If you are using our website, this is the fastest way to delete your data immediately.
- Log in to your LearnNaija account.
- Navigate to your Profile Dashboard.
- Select the Account tab in your profile settings.
- Click the Delete Account button and confirm.
Using the Mobile App
If you have the LearnNaija mobile app installed, you can delete your account from the settings menu.
Open Profile
Tap on your avatar or the profile tab in the bottom navigation.
Go to Account
Tap the settings icon, then select "Account Settings".
Confirm Deletion
Scroll down, tap "Delete Account", and confirm your choice.
Request via Support
If you cannot access your account, have lost your credentials, or have uninstalled the app, you can request manual deletion.
